Orders
All orders on ammamma.co are placed by sending a message on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we reply with a confirmation and a final invoice (product + delivery). Prices on the site are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice.
Payment
Payment is made by UPI or bank transfer to the account we share on WhatsApp after the order is confirmed. We dispatch the order only after the payment is received.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and vary based on your delivery address, the weight of the order, and the courier service available for your pincode. We share the exact charge with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Within Hyderabad we use local riders; outside Hyderabad we use Delhivery or India Post.
Dispatch time
Pickles and spice powders are dispatched within 2 working days. Fresh sweets are made to order and dispatched within 3–4 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location (typically 2–6 days).
Returns & damages
Food items are non-returnable. However, if your packet arrives damaged or spoilt, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund the item value (delivery charges are not refundable).
Trademark
“Ammamma”® is a trademark filed by Ammamma.co Foods, Hyderabad, for use with homemade food products. The logo, recipes and brand voice on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
